What is your cancelation and refund policy?

Cancel at any time during your free trial. Once your subscription starts, cancel any time with a pro-rated refund based on that month's credit usage.

Plans are prepaid monthly/annually. If you run out of included credits, top up manually or enable auto top-up ($10 / 30 credits) — overage billing is only available on custom Enterprise plans.

Which model do I need?

Open Weights models perform well for most user and market research studies. Standard models offer slightly more natural responses. Premium has higher latency and is only recommended for expert interviews on complex topics; it is available on the Team plan and above. See "How Credits Work" above for the specific model behind each tier.

Do you charge for partial interviews?

No credits are deducted for interviews where less than 2 questions are completed (excluding screening and participant characteristics collection). If participants don't complete a longer interview, you are charged pro rata (eg 1 credit if 5 out of 10 questions are completed).

Can I resell Deutero or run studies for clients?

Hobby through Team plans are licensed for your own research only. Reseller and agency use — running studies on behalf of external clients — requires a custom Enterprise license. Contact us to set one up.

Is my data stored and processed in the US?

Yes. All data storage and model inference — including Open Weights and Standard models — run on US infrastructure only. Nothing is stored or processed outside the US.
